| This (Post-)Graduate Course is open for PhD students of the University of Basel who have a first degree (e.g. Lizentiat, Diplom) in Anthropology, Epidemiology or a related discipline and work on a project in the fields of Medical Anthropology or Cultural Epidemiology. The course aims at increasing the critical reflection of projects from a disciplinary and an interdisciplinary perspective, deepening the understanding of key concepts and approaches, sharpening the analytical skills and engaging the students in current debates. Didactic methods include presentations and group discussions of work in progress, current literature and new developments in the field of International Health. |
